Shipping & Returns
This page aims to communicate the shipping information the customer must know transparently. We offer free shipping on all Canada and USA orders over $150. Orders take 1-2 business days to be processed and are shipped by Canada Post or UPS. Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing during peak seasons (holidays).
Domestic orders take 2-7 business days to arrive. International orders take 7-14 business days to arrive.
Orders can be tracked through Canada Post's website or your local postage service once they arrive at the destination country. We do not have any additional information on an order's tracking status once given to Canada Post.
All orders purchased while on sale are not available for a return. In case of defects, unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost unless there was a missing or defective product. If they'd like to begin a return, they must contact Customer Service at email@example.com, and a return label will be given. Exchanges are not available.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Before placing an order, please double-check your cart items and shipping address as we normally do not change orders. If you happen to have made a mistake, please get in touch with customer service with your order number: firstname.lastname@example.org.
